Hi everybody!
I just wanted to keep you updated on my plans for 2011. Mashups are just getting more and more popular with new artists popping up everywhere. The future is looking bright for the mashup-culture! For 2011 I am planning to release 6 mashups. 1 every second month. I wish I could release more frequently, but there just aren’t enough time. I work fulltime job to pay the dues and I am investing alot of time in my new musical project, Blue Bubbles. Also, it is a way of keeping the quality up float. Quality always beats quantity, right? So, no more waiting several months for the next mashup!
I mentioned Blue Bubbles in a line above, and for those who are interested, it is melodic electronic music with influences from electro, electronica and dubstep. This is probably not the perfect cup of tea to the average Norwegian Recycling listener, but hopefully there will be somebody who will find this interesting. Its going to be hard to build something from scratch again, but my passion for electronic music is too big to just not do it. With Blue Bubbles I have planned to release 6 remixes throughout the year, and maybe an EP at the end of it. The first remix will be Katy Perry - Firework and will be released sometime in February.
I also want to thank each and every one of you who listen to my music, sharing it with your friends and support me! 2010 was probably the best year of my life so far, thanks to you! So as long as there are people out there who listen to my music, I will continue to make them!
